We got a great value for our money, good customer service and the installers were great. Due to incorrect measuring they did come up short on sod the first day and returned the next day to finish up and didn't leave us hanging. Great company. What an amazing business to be in.

First and foremost, it was so terribly hot on the 14th, but that didn't stop Joseph and his crew from doing the work after a long day. They didn't get to my house until about 7:15 pm, but that was OK. I suggested we reschedule, but Joseph explained that since they were already here with the required supplies, they would go ahead and do it. I told him I feel so bad for them because of the heat, but if that is what he wanted to do, I'd leave it up to him. Needless to say, it was installed. His crew got started right away and wasted no time in starting and completing the job. They are certainly hard workers. After working all day in 100+ degree heat, there was no complaining about the heat nor about the late hour. It was important to them that I was getting what I ordered in the timeframe agreed upon. Plus, Joseph also reviewed with me the watering requirements for new sod, as well as protecting from foot traffic, human or from our dog.

I must say Joseph and his crew were most considerate of my time and were insistent on cleaning up the paved area where they brought the sod and compost in. As hot as it was anad as tired as I'm sure they were....they still wanted to clean up. Amazing customer service-it was obvious that it was important to them. ScienTurfic installed our sod and sprinkler system in the back yard when we moved in 2004. It's so nice to see that there is still a company out there that provides excellent customer service. More importantly, the guys that perform all the hard labor and do a great job in the most difficult of circumstances, still take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend ScienTurfic. This is actually the second time I've used your company and both times the service was great.

I had 700 square feet of eco-turf delivered this morning and I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the sod; each piece was thick, the grass was vibrant and out of a palette and a half of sod only one piece was a throwaway because it was thin and torn (I've had as much as a 20% throwaway rate from other sod farms). I was also notified that the delivery might be a bit late but it ended up being right on time and they got the sod as close to the yard as possible. Overall a great experience.

they were here when they said they would be and did a great job. They communicated with us and the lawn looks great. They met my expectations.
